Ashbrook Sourcing was started in 2014 to fill a gap in the Midwest manufacturing supply chain: practical sourcing support for companies too small for a full procurement function but too complex to manage everything ad hoc. We help these companies build supplier relationships that hold up over time.
Our six-person team brings two decades of industrial procurement experience. We work hands-on with our clients, typically inside their operations for the first weeks of an engagement. We do not white-label software, broker deals, or take kickbacks. We charge a fee, we deliver the work.

We work with operations and procurement teams to identify opportunities, qualify suppliers, and structure agreements. Focus on packaging, MRO, chemicals, and direct industrial inputs. Most engagements run six to nine months.
For clients with established supplier bases, we help structure the management cadence: scorecards, quarterly reviews, escalation paths. Practical operating rhythm rather than consulting deliverables.
For clients with multi-site distribution, we review network design, 3PL relationships, and freight contracts. We benchmark spend and identify the gaps that matter.
